Without free transportation there are many left with no choice but to forgo the medical treatment they need, resulting in: increased infection(s); longer recovery time; additional and even higher medical costs; hospitalization; increased number of surgeries; severe damage to health; and in some cases, even death.
Please consider making a donation today to help those within our community get the medical attention they need to lead happier, healthier, and more productive lives.
Although we run as efficiently as we possibly can, the cost of insurance, gas, and vehicle maintenance is our greatest expense. Therefore, significant contributions and/or monthly donations make the most of keeping our service available.
In addition to monetary support, People Helping One Another is currently accepting donations for the following items:
- Minivan or passenger van for transporting patients
- New or used office equipment and furniture
- New and Gently used children’s books
- Sail or Power boats of any size
- Airplanes and Helicopters of any size
